Dental Administration Diploma

The Dental Administration Diploma at PTI is one of the leading dental administrative programs in Canada. The Dental Office Administration program will empower you with the necessary knowledge and confidence to provide excellent customer service and support in a dental office. 

You’ll gain an understanding of dental terminology, billing procedures, appointment management, insurance company protocols, and communication skills. You’ll also have hands-on training in dental software applications and learn how to deal with patients’ charts in a clinical setting. Course Duration

  1. 1 Year: 1040 Hours (52 Weeks)
  2. 20 hours per week
  3. Classes are held mornings, evenings, or on weekends
  4. Practicum: Monday to Friday: shift times do vary at practicum sites days/evenings. There is a possibility  of weekend shifts depending on the practicum site

Admission Requirements

  1. Minimum 18 years of age -Alberta High School Diploma or equivalent 
  2. Mature students- away from school for at least 1 year and pass entrance exam (Wonderlic, passing mark of 20) International Student Assessment from IQAS, WES, or other assessment agencies recognized by Peerless Training Institute -English Language Benchmark 6(CLBA) or IELTS 5.5 -Interview with PTI personal to determine program suitability.

  1. Total Tuition $18,450 (Reviewed Annually)
